Bay House Self Catering Accommodation

Bay House can sleep ten guests very comfortably, and offers you the choice of five bedrooms and three bathrooms, tastefully combining an understated yet subtle modern decor with the best traditions of hospitality and comfort.


There are three double bedrooms, each with a view out over the bay and each with a king-size bed.
One room also has an en suite bathroom with bath, power shower and WC.
All beds are luxury King Koil pocket sprung or of similar quality and all our bed linen is pure cotton.
There are also two twin bedrooms located at the rear of the house and two further bathrooms, both with a separate bath and power shower and WC.  
All bathrooms have a bath, a shower, sink or sinks and a W.C.

 
The living area runs from the front to the back of the house and is contained within a generous open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.
This part of Bay House is equipped with Blu-ray surround sound TV, high definition free-sat, iPod dock, leather sofas, dining table to seat ten and a large wood burning stove. Wireless broadband access is available throughout the house.


The spacious kitchen area has an American style fridge/freezer, a microwave and a conventional oven, hob, grill, toaster, ice maker and a full range of cooking utensils. Adjoining this is a separate utility room complete with washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. 


All of the living and sleeping accommodation is on one level; the house is spacious and very well equipped throughout. Bay House has central heating and we provide you with filtered water, towels, linen, soap and hair dryer. We can also provide up to date information on local activities. Bay House is suitable both for families and for more elderly or infirm guests and is wheelchair accessible. In general, no pets are allowed, however one small dog is very welcome. Please note that Bay House is completely non-smoking.


In front of Bay House itself is a patio, we provide not only outdoor seating for ten but also a barbeque as well, and a large lawn area with direct access to our shingle beach and sea waterfront with its views out to the Atlantic between Mizen Head and Sheep's Head. This is the perfect spot to sit and watch the sun set at the end of your day exploring this truly beautiful part of West Cork.
